Ayşe Solak was born in Istanbul in 1981. She completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul and graduated from Kazım Karabekir Imam Hatip High School in 1997. In 2010, Solak started to practise Taliq calligraphy with Tahsin Kurt and received her Ijazah (authorisation) in 2015. In 2018, she continues her calligraphy works in her workshop she established.
