Ghazal was born in 1993 in the city of Qaemshahr in northern Iran. After graduating from Persian literature and graphic design high school, she immigrated to Türkiye with her family at the age of 18.

Apart from painting, she worked in textile, media and advertising sectors and as an actor and puppeteer in Çizgi Kukla Theatre for 6 years. Seeing that different experiences were good for her drawings, she studied Sociology at Istanbul University in order to enrich her world, as she was against fine arts at university. She is currently studying English language and literature.

Before immigration, she dreamed of becoming a realistic painter, working with pencil and pastel techniques. But when she came to Istanbul, her pictures changed like her... When she met the world of watercolour, she saw that she could express herself more easily with different techniques...

In recent years, apart from watercolour, she has mainly used acrylic, oil pastel and coloured pencil techniques.

She lives and does her works in Istanbul.
