She received her first education in art at Hasanoğlan Atatürk Teachers' High School. In 1994, she graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Education, Department of Painting and Art Education. She worked as a visual arts teacher in educational institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education until 2021. In 2002, she received a diploma from her teacher Gülseher Kahraman at the Paper Marbling Department of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory after seven years of training and obtained her ijazah (authorisation) in 2011. In 2012, she was awarded the artist card of "Bearers of Intangible Cultural Heritage" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
In the same year, she started paper marbling lessons under the supervision of Ahmet Mahmut Peşteli at the Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. In 2015, she participated in the "Meşk" exhibition with Mahmut Peşteli and her students. She contributed to the projects and lessons in the paper marbling division of Beylerbeyi Sabancı Technical Institute. In 2018, she participated in the London Craft Week event in the paper marbling branch. The artist, who won degrees in the competitions she participated in, has various workshops, exhibitions and collections in Türkiye and abroad.
For more than 22 years, Kırçak has been practising the art of paper marbling and continues to work in her individual workshop.
